Then and Now is a 2004 greatest hits compilation album by The Who released internationally by Polydor Records and by Geffen Records in the United States. It features 18 Who classics and two new tracks-"Real Good Looking Boy" and "Old Red Wine"-which were the first Who originals since "Dig" from Pete Townshend's 1989 album The Iron Man. "Real Good Looking Boy" is a tribute to Elvis Presley, and "Old Red Wine" is a tribute to former band member John Entwistle, who died in 2002.

Then and Now is intended to serve not merely as a chronicle of past Who triumphs, but rather to also re-introduce the band (Pete Townsend and Roger Daltrey) as an active recording entity. This disk features two new Who recordings ( Real Good Looking Boy and Old Red Wine ), backed up with 18 essential classics selected to stir up excitement for the Who. The new recordings, while not bad, are very distinct from the rest of the Who’s catalogue. In 1973, The Who released the double album Quadrophenia. Derived from the conjunction of the ailment schizophrenia and the prefix quad-, the album was once slated to be a manifestation of all four band members into one central character. This original concept was disregarded, instead simplifying the album into a chronicle of a young Mod youth coming to terms with his life, his depression, and his philosophy.

live hits and new songs from B-level artists? The answer is, it's the first step in reintroducing the Who as an active recording unit - the "now" part of the Then and Now equation

Tommy is The Who’s fourth studio album. It is a rock opera telling the story of a Psychosomatic deaf, dumb and blind boy and his experiences in life. The album served as a melting pot for guitarist Pete Townhend’s ideas about sex, family, spirituality and hero worship. Featuring Oliver Reed. Producers Kit Lambert & Pete Townshend. Writers John Entwistle, Keith Moon, Mose Allison & 2 more.

Who Then Now? is a platinum-certified biographical video released by the band Korn on March 18, 1997. It features interviews with the band up to the recording of Life Is Peachy, and music videos for "Blind", "Shoots and Ladders", "Clown" and "Faget". The last video, "Faget", like "Good God", was never released
