Concert 1971, Bruxelles - Thtre 140 is a music live recording by MAGMA (Zeuhl/Progressive Rock) released in 1996 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. Essential: a masterpiece of progressive rock music(22%). This album is for probably for Magma fans only. That said the quality was never a hinderance to my enjoyment of the album. Now on to the album itself.
This archival Magma double disc album represents a concert recorded on 12th of November, 1971 in Brussels, Belgium at Theatre 140. The septet known from 1001 Centigrades (that is, with the three man horn section and minus the guitarist Claude Engel from the first album) performs a set culling material from the first two albums, plus two later Magma standards that were new at the time. Sound quality is clearly bootleg quality, as the balance between instruments isn’t the best. Magma, Concert 1971 Bruxelles - Theatre 140 CD1. Used drive : PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-220RS Adapter: 0 ID: 0.
