I met a man called Peter When my dreams had gone astray And as I talked with Peter My cares just stole away. I kind and humble man was he Who set my heart aglow Somehow I found in every word The faith I needed so. Contentment I was seeking To make my life worthwhile And suddenly my soul was free And my heart began to smile. Somewhere this man called Peter Helps people just like me If there were more like Peter What a great world this would be-ee.

A Man Called Peter was my Late Mum's favourite movie. We watched it every time it came on TV, no DVD's when I was growing up ! It's the biography of Peter Marshall, a proud Scott who's Mother loved him, and God dearly. Peter worked very hard to put himself through college only to fail his final exams putting is future at the crossroads. Peter Marshall is a man truly touched by God and one which we are blessed to have had walk amongst us. I cried when watching it all those years ago and I cried again this time. I thoroughly recommend this story to those who already have found God and those who question what it's all about.
