First Base is an album by the rock music group Babe Ruth. Produced by Alan Shacklock and Nick Mobbs, and engineered by Tony Clark at the EMI's Abbey Road Studios between June and September 1972, it was released that year. The album went gold in Canada, sold well in the US, but had disappointing sales by comparison in the UK. The song "The Mexican" has been covered and remixed many times. Among them, it was covered in 1984 by John "Jellybean" Benitez with vocals by Janita Haan.

Johnny and Jonie Mosby was an American country music duo composed of Johnny Mosby and Jonie Mosby, who were husband and wife. The duo charted seventeen times on the country music charts between 1963 and 1973, in addition to releasing six albums for various labels. Five of the duo's singles made top 20 on the Hot Country Songs charts, with the highest peaks being "Trouble in My Arms" and "Just Hold My Hand", both at number twelve.

EP or Mini Album (Extended Play) – originally a record, on each side of which only 2-4 musical compositions with a total duration of sound of 15-20 minutes were placed. Initially, EP was called the 7-inch diameter vinyl record, recorded at 33⅓ RPM. This difference of speed with respect to the simple engraving at 45 RPM allowed it to have a longer duration (a maximum of 25 minutes, 12’30 per side) compared to the length of the single, whose maximum duration could not exceed 15 minutes. The album era was the beginning of the rock ‘n’ roll apogee. Currently, with the arrival of the CD, the distinction between simple, EP, and LP (album) is arbitrary, and is based on both artistic and commercial factors. Generally, an EP has a maximum duration of 20-25 minutes and is usually a Mini-CD type disc. From that time on you should already talk about an album in CD format.
