To Love Somebody is an album by jazz anist Nina Simone. It was released as quickly as possible to prolong the unexpected success of 'Nuff Said! The title is taken from the Bee Gees song "To Love Somebody", her cover of the song became her second British hit single after "Ain't Got No-I Got Life". The title track, "To Love Somebody", as well as "I Can't See Nobody" are songs by the Bee Gees. Suzanne", originally by Leonard Cohen.

Somebody to Love" (originally titled "Someone to Love") is a rock song that was written by Darby Slick. It was originally recorded by The Great Society, and later by Jefferson Airplane. Rolling Stone magazine ranked Jefferson Airplane's version No. 274 on their list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

Somebody To Love Lyrics. When the truth is found to be lies And all the joy within you dies. Don't you want somebody to love Don't you need somebody to love Wouldn't you love somebody to love You better find somebody to love Love, love. Somebody To Love written by Darby Slick, the brother-in-law of Grace, and was first recorded and released as a single by an obscure Bay Area band called The Great Society, which featured Grace Slick on vocals, Darby on guitar and Grace’s husband Jerry Slick on drums. The single went nowhere, the group broke up and Grace joined Jefferson Airplane, which was already established. When she joined them, they recorded a new version of Somebody To Love and also did White Rabbit, which she wrote as a member of The Great Society.

Somebody to Love Lyrics: Can anybody find me somebody to love?, Ooh, each morning I get up I die a little, Can barely stand on my feet, (Take a look at yourself in the mirror and cry), Take a look i. The song hit number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, and is the sixth track on A Day at the Races, Queen’s fifth album. Following the acclaimed A Night at the Opera, Queen continues their more progressive rock style, as opposed to their initial hard rock sound. Queen substitutes typical Rock power chords for more lush, thick harmonies.

Somebody To Love lyrics: Can anybody find me somebody to love? Each morning I get up I die a little Can't barely stand on my feet. Can anybody find me somebody to love? Each morning I get up I die a little. Can't barely stand on my feet. Take a look in the mirror and cry, Lord, what ya doing to me. I've spent all my years believing in you, but I just can't get no relief. Lord, somebody, somebody, can anybody find me, somebody to love. Got no feel I got no rhythm. I just keep losing my beat.
