Toronto Rock 'n' Roll Revival 1969, Volume IV is a live album of the Alice Cooper Band. Due to the fact that the recording is owned by a private party, it is unauthorized but not a bootleg. It features Alice Cooper's infamous chicken-throwing performance at the Toronto Rock and Roll Revival festival at Varsity Stadium in Toronto on September 13, 1969 and showcases the early psychedelic music style of Cooper and his band in support of their very first album release, Pretties for You.

Rock 'N' Roll – which was going to be titled Oldies but Mouldies until a black-and-white photo of a 20-year-old Lennon in Hamburg inspired the cover art and a new title – managed to make it to No. 6, and was Lennon's last album before his five-year retirement. When he resurfaced in late 1980 with Double Fantasy, he was sober, reunited with Ono, a father to a five-year-old son and at a place far from the one he was stumbling through when he recorded Rock 'N' Roll. Three weeks after his comeback record came out, he was killed.
Rock 'n' Roll Music is a compilation album by The Beatles that consists of previously released Beatles tracks considered by many to be quintessential "rock and roll".
While Rock 'n' Roll is a wistful look at rock's lost innocence, Acoustic hunkers down in the humdrum here-and-now of 1970s existence. All right, so flower power didn't work," Lennon tells a live audience between the off-kilter protest songs "The Luck of the Irish" and "John Sinclair", both originally on Anthology. So what? We start again. The fallout of the failed 60s left Fear and Loathing and Las Vegas's Raoul Duke mired in drugs and depravity; Lennon ultimately turns, creatively enough, to "reality," as described.
