The album is like some sort of otherworldly candy: You're not entirely sure what you're eating or where it came from, but you definitely find yourself reaching for more. The B-52's defied convention with their imaginative songs about aliens, dance crazes like the Shu-ga-loo and the Camel Walk, beachy fun with jellyfish, narwhals and rock lobsters, and loving that burns hot like lava and cracks like Krakatoa.

Despite what some people may think, women singers aren’t just relegated to pop-star status. Many women vocalists go their own route - whether that be a classically trained singer, or operatic singing, punk style vocals, or even metal growling and screaming - and join the ranks of metal and hard rock royalty. There is no shortage of gorgeous women who create great music and look good doing it, and the metal world is no different.

Urashima delivers another fantastic noise record. No surprises here, typical but still stimulating walls of harsh noise courtesy of The Rita, with two tracks (the 5 minute ones) featuring distorted intros of women singing, which creates a creepy atmosphere for their short duration until it gets back to the noise. Well produced and very well executed. Again, nothing new, but certainly worth hearing if you already like The Rita's style of noise.
