The album opens with the track Reborn which right from the start with the amazing orchestrations, to Merrill hitting the high notes, you know it’s gonna be an amazing album. Merrill continues to sing and prove that he is better than most vocalists on the radio – though that doesn’t matter to Merrill, since he is really just here to spread the message of God! After that comes The Galilean and you know, it starts off slow, but Merrill hits it, and it’s wonderful! The songs message is wonderful, and Merrill is just fantastic. The album ends with the track Finally Home and once more, great orchestrations, high notes, Merrill Womach is wonderful. Love this album! Interesting Facts: None. Merrill Womach (February 7, 1927 – December 28, 2014) was an American undertaker, organist and gospel singer, notable both for founding National Music Service (now Global Distribution Network, In., which provided recorded music to funeral homes across America, and for surviving a Thursday, November 23, 1961 plane crash in Beaver Marsh, Oregon that left him disfigured with third degree burns on his hands and his entire head.

He had a recording business and over 14 albums that sold in Christian bookstores. A salesman’s son, Womach graduated from Northwest Ministerial College near Seattle before becoming assistant pastor and director of music and Christian education at the Fourth Presbyterian Church in Spokane

Merrill Womach was an American Concert Organist and an Operatic Tenor - a gospel singer with an astounding 4 Octave range. He was notable both for founding the "National Music Service" (now Global Distribution Network, In., which provided both recorded music and sound systems to funeral homes across America.

Gospel star Merrill Womach dies. Womach was best known for founding the National Music Service, a network which provides music and video services for the funeral industry, and for his distinctive tenor singing voice. In 1961, he was involved in a plane crash which left him with third-degree burns all over his face and hands, and he subsequently wrote an autobiography called Tested by Fire and starred in a documentary called Restoreth My Soul about the accident and his recovery.
