Complete your Whitehouse collection. 1983's Right to Kill is one of Whitehouses most notorious records. Featuring lyrics such as "Peel off her skin, Hammer her skull, And tear out her guts", it's no wonder why this record was released in such a limited quality. As for the audio content, the songs are surprisingly minimal, with most utilizing the same squeeling tones and screamed vocal stylings. But with a length of 28:50 the album is finished before it starts to get boring. This album should be resereved for dedicated Come Organisation enthusiasts like myself. Dennis Andrew Nilsen was born on 23 November 1945 in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, Nilsen was of Scottish and Norwegian heritage, his father was a Norwegian soldier who had travelled to Scotland in 1940 as part of the Free Norwegian Forces, following the Nazi occupation of Norway. Right to Kill is the eighth studio album by the British power electronics band Whitehouse, released in 1983 through Come Organisation. Because of this, the recording has never be reissued since, for the band feels that it would be of great importance to "preserve its original intent", although numerous bootleg copies of the album have been made. Reviews:
  • Ironfire
Preludes the searing analog synth drones and increased focus on building tension that flourished on their opus Great White Death. The first releases were of course groundbreaking classics but it's great to hear the birth of the sound that made Great White Death such a great album, but with the raw, deliberately underproduced, intensity of the early recordings.

Immensely violent music, both lyrically and musically. The one issue I have with this album is that it's not exactly diverse. If you've heard the track "Cock Dominant" from this release then you've more or less heard the album in full. But with a length of 28:50 the album is finished before it starts to get boring. Not the best album by Whitehouse, and I also wouldn't suggest it to new whitehouse fans. This album should be resereved for dedicated Come Organisation enthusiasts like myself.
