Michael Jonathan "Mick" Turner (born 1960) is an Australian musician and artist. He is the founding mainstay guitarist for Dirty Three and has had art exhibitions around Australia and internationally. Previously he was a member of the Moodists (1983–84) and Venom P. Stinger. He has released four solo studio albums, Tren Phantasma (1997), Marlan Rosa (1999), Moth (2003) and Don't tell the Driver (2013).

The Derek Sarjeant Folk Trio (1968-1970) performed at clubs and concert halls around the country. They made one album before Graham moved to Coventry where he set up a successful recording company. Derek and Hazel continued to perform as a duo, first as Derek Sarjeant and Hazel King and later as Derek and Hazel Sarjeant. They ran their folk club and worked abroad in Belgium, Holland, Spain, Italy and Germany. Derek and Hazel Sarjeant sang together for 35 years during which time they built up a vast repertoire of varied songs and tunes.

Jagger has even cited Turner as the inspiration for his moves. So when Jagger started his brief Live Aid show late in the evening at JFK Stadium with two songs from She's the Boss - "Lonely at the Top" and "Just Another Night" - it was more out of shrugging curiosity than enthusiastic anticipation as far as most music fans were concerned.

Stinger (1985-1996 with Jim White).
