Encore is the eighth studio album by the English ska revival band The Specials. It is their first studio album of original songs since 1998's Guilty 'til Proved Innocent!, and their first new material with vocalist Terry Hall since 1981's "Ghost Town" single

Although I begged her not to, she has written a letter to Island records voicing her dismay and requesting the album to be withdrawn from sale.

2 Vinyl, LP, Album, Santa Maria Pressing, Gatefold. Similar to other US LP release: Tangerine Dream - Encore. Main differences: pressed at Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Santa Maria (etched S in runout), all sides mastered at Atlantic Studios, by George Piros. Recorded during the North American Tour March/April 1977.
