Kurt Samuel Vile (born January 3, 1980) is an American singer, songwriter, t, and record producer. He is known for his solo work and as the former lead guitarist of rock band The War on Drugs. Both in the studio and during live performances, Vile is accompanied by his backing band, The Violators, which currently includes Jesse Trbovich (bass, guitar, saxophone), Rob Laakso (guitar, bass) and Kyle Spence (drums).

The collaborative LP from Kurt Vile and Courtney Barnett feels like an overheard discussion between two existential misfits. They sing songs about writing songs, covering each other in the process. But there’s a lot more to Lotta Sea Lice than the mere novelty of hearing two celebrated musicians singing songs about writing songs. Let It Go taps into more deep-seated anxieties about staying motivated, with the war between creativity and lethargy reflected in the tension between the song’s slow-dissolve, dew-drop guitar lines and restless, hiccupping drum beat (respectively provided by the Dirty Three dream team of Mick Turner and Jim White).

Kurt Vile, Kurt Vile & The Violators. Kurt Vile, Kurt Vile & The Violators - Wakin On A Pretty Daze: Deluxe Daze (Post Haze) ‎(CD, Album + CD, EP + Dlx). And all of this makes the album more of a literary diary, where in a true Dylan-esq Blonde On Blonde dance step, he slips out clues through secretive imagery, allowing the listener to string together some meaningful understanding, and perhaps a new way of perceiving the world. Walkin On A Pretty Daze is not psychedelic in the fashion that it reaches out, grabs you, bestowing wondrous visions across the landscape of your mind.

Become more creative in the ways you show compassion to be strangers. Paying the toll for the person in the car behind you, offering your seat on the subway to someone in need and being the first to say hello are great places to start. Maintain Your Perspective One day, according to an old story, a man with serious illness was wheeled into hospital room where another patient was resting on abed next to the window.

Kurt Vile at Webster Hall on Wednesday night. Kurt Vile at Webster Hall on Wednesday night. Kurt Vile and Adam Granduciel came from the same circle of musicians in Philadelphia in the mid-aughts. They’ve played in each other’s groups; they’ve rubbed off on each other aesthetically. The War on Drugs’ most recent album, Lost in the Dream, released last year by Secretly Canadian, climbed 14 spots higher on the Billboard charts (as of now) than Mr. Vile’s current album, B’lieve I’m Goin Dow. which Matador released two weeks ago. Really, though: Mr. Vile’s music makes sense in a club - it’s got custom-frayed edges - whereas the sound of the War on Drugs has grown silky and intricately arranged, fit for Radio City.

What happens when you die? Do those who accept Jesus go to heaven immediately when they die? The biblical truth about heaven and hell may surprise yo. Notice the apostle Paul’s comforting instruction to the believers in Thessalonica: But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus (1 Thessalonians 4:13-14).

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment. There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt. Beginning reform is beginning revolution. Educate men without faith and you but make them clever devils. Success is measured in blood; yours or your enemy´s. The man who has nothing can still have faith. It is better to die for the Emperor than to live for yourself. Foolish are those who fear nothing, yet claim to know everything.

Lyrics to "No More Bad Days" song by This Wild Life: I thought we hit rock bottom And then the floor gave out The year you lost your health The year we . .I thought we hit rock bottom And then the floor gave out Yeah it was hard back then It's even harder now Cause when you're young and poor You hope for so much more I hope for rain to wash us clean And make a brand new start For both our tired hearts. Ohh, oh, oh No more bad days It's clear from here No more bad days For you my dear
