Killing Joke is the eleventh studio album by English rock band Killing Joke. It was released on 28 July 2003 by Zuma Recordings, making it their first album in seven years, following Democracy (1996). It is also their second self-titled album, following their first in 1980. Recording for the album took place at the Beauchamp Building in London in 2002. It marked the end of a six-year hiatus that began in 1996

Metal Killing Cancer Fest. This is a yearly benefit concert for the William E. Kahlert Regional Cancer Center  .

Revelations is the third studio album by English rock band Killing Joke, released in July 1982 by record label . Revelations was recorded in Cologne, Germany. It is the first Killing Joke album not to be produced by the band themselves; Conny Plank took over production duties It reached number 12 in the UK Albums Chart.

This charity gig to raise money and awareness for an alternative cancer treatmen, photodynamic therapy, had an all-star line up with The Who, Debbie Harry, Jeff Beck, Bryan Adams and Richard Ashcroft. It also had a piquant resonance as on the day of the gig The Who’s Roger Daltrey revealed that he had had surgery on a pre-cancerous growth in his throat.
