Sun Showers by Matthew Barlow, released 20 June 2012 1. Side A 2. Side B Sun Showers is equal parts relaxation & reflection - the sounds of a warm day spent on the porch, washed in a light rain. For this release, Matthew collected a handful of field recordings - a large wind chime found at the local gardening store, some bird songs from his front yard, and a brief rain shower that eased in one afternoon - and then processed each one to create new, unique texture. Acoustic guitar, keys, and a subtle jazz drum sample were also used to compose the Sun Shower soundscape  . Includes unlimited streaming via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more. Purchasable with gift card.

Something About This Night (From Finding Neverland The Album) by Gary Barlow. This is not an original cast album but a recording of the songs from the musical by popular vocalists, . Nick Jonas, Jennifer Lopez. It certainly is not an album for listeners who want to appreciate the musical. The booklet includes the lyrics but no summary of the plot and its relationship to the songs by Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy. The songs are all pleasant enough with competent pop-rock performances. It is very obvious why Harvey Weinstein, who is listed as an executive producer of the CD, would replace Scott Korie and Michael Frankel, experienced Broadway musical creators.

The album is also notable for including one of the longest songs Iced Earth has ever recorded; "Dante's Inferno". Clocking in at 16 minutes and 26 seconds, "Dante's Inferno" is based on the Inferno segment of Dante Alighieri's epic poem, the Divine Comedy. The album starts with a spoken line from Bram Stoker's Dracula. The album's original cover art was also a painting by Gustave Doré, of Lucifer from the Divine Comedy. Matthew Barlow − lead vocals.

“Product” is the third tape release from sound artist, Matthew Barlow. Being a sonic meditation on consumerism, the arrangement (comprised of two 15 min pieces) shifts back and forth from warm synths and cold, vacant textures.

All sounds and instrumentation were created from processed field recordings taken at a local grocery market. The entire piece is an improvisational performance, recorded in one take, with minimal editing in post.
